Starting from 15 April 2025, NSNTR Bistro presents Savour Japan: A Chef Hideki Collaboration.
This special culinary journey runs until the end of July.
It brings the essence of Japanese comfort food to Jakarta.
Moreover, it features signature dishes from Chef Hideki and our hotel’s culinary experts.

Three Dishes by Chef Hideki

Chef Hideki is known for bold and heart-warming Japanese cuisine.
First, he introduces Ichiran Ramen, a legendary noodle with rich chicken broth.
Then, guests can enjoy Drool Chicken, a savoury dish with bold flavours.
Finally, Saikyo Yaki features grilled miso-marinated fish using premium Marukin Soy Sauce.

Local Collaboration with In-House Chefs

Chef Edi Pancamala contributes Ebi Katsu Sando.
This dish combines crispy prawn cutlet and fluffy milk bread.
Meanwhile, Chef Budi Kurniawan offers Goma Dango.
It’s a sweet mochi treat coated in sesame with a nutty centre.
Together, these dishes reflect creativity and culinary harmony.
